Sometimes, potato chips are not a junk food. That’s when they are fresh, made from real potatos, not flavored with any chemicals & a ton of salt, when they are not too fat and yet they are crunchy.
I’m speaking about potato chips prepared in restaurant Betlém at 27 Krkoškova st.

You can chose from several dips. I have tried them all (I meet my friends there often) and I am (we are) sure that the best one is “pikantní lutěnice”, spicy dip made from vegetables.

One serving costs CZK 90 (€3.50) and can feed up four guys.
To get to Betlém, take tram n. 5. The pub has Dalešice beer on tap (my all time favorite microbrewery).
