Nicholas Copernicus Observatory and Planetarium is exhibiting the 1959 Nobel prize of Jaroslav Heyrovský just today, from 6 p.m.

Jaroslav Heyrovský (1890 – 1967) was the inventor of the “polarographic method” and a father of electroanalytical chemistry.

Herovský was the only Czech who had ever received the Nobel Prize for Chemistry.
