New cool spot: [mju:z]

by Michal Kašpárek on February 23, 2011

In the end of 2010, new restaurant and club [mju:z] launched in the beautiful Bergler’s villa at Moravské náměstí sq., right in the centre of the town (see [mju:z] on a map).

Why you should give it a shot?

The restaurant’s chef is Vilém Harašta, a student of the Brno’s most renowed chef, Michal Göth. Among the local specialties are marinated beef sirloin, Tafelspitz (beef boiled in broth, Viennese style) and roast duck with cabbage. Everything is prepared from fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Pilsner Urquell beer is not stored in ordinary KEGs but in beer tanks, preventing the beverage from oxidation. The pale lager served in [mju:z] is thus always fresh and has the right taste.

No matter whether you want to organise a small birthday party or a huge (200+) ball. Feel free to contact the crew at info@mjuz.cz in both cases.

Brno got not only a new restaurant, but also a new music venue. [mju:z] music club offers drum’n'bass, funky, house, R’n'B, oldies and hip-hop concerts and parties. You can enjoy both renowed musicians and promising young artists.

Brno Now partnered with [mju:z] for monthly programme picks and competitions.
