90 meters high H-Park to be built in South centre

Two large office buildings, called H-Park, are supposed to be built by company RLRE Carina Properte at the wasteland in South centre, close to M-Palác and Spielberk Office Centre.

The developer got all necessary permissions, but the date of completion still remains a mystery. According to the original schedule, H-Park should have been constructed between years 2008-2011.

Because of the economic crysis, nearby Spielberk Office Centre still remains unfinished and I do not think that the owners of H-Park will have an easy job with inviting companies to move their headquaters into expensive offices located in the middle of nowhere.

The only obvious advantage is that the area is located very close to the highways in the southern part of the town. However this also means that people driving from Vienna or Bratislava won’t be welcomed by the beautiful, simple panorama of the town, but by one more boring office centre which size is inadequate to its neighborhood.
