The reservoir is located in quarter Bystrc: http://www.mapy.cz/#mm=FP@sa=s@st=s@ssq=brn%C4%9Bnsk%C3%A1%20p%C5%99ehrada@sss=1@ssp=118971500_126824140_151608428_151482060@x=137828352@y=132925952@z=11

I am still waiting for more information about where the other events will take a place. Night of churches and night of museums will happen in the end of May, detailed guides are coming soon.
