One of the greatest prog rock bands, Jethro Tull, will perform at a castle in Slavkov (a town located 15 km east of Brno) on Saturday, August 29.
Jethro Tull have sold more than 60 million albums worldwide. They are popular for mixing rock and folk with classical and ethnic music. Jethro Tull are recognized as one of the bands that have created proggresive rock and art rock. The group has an unique sound thank’s to Ian Anderson’s flute, used in many songs.
The concert starts at 7 p.m. Tickets cost CZK 590 (€23 – that’s a great price!).
