The council of Brno decided to invest CZK 90M (€3.3M) to make at least a part of the huge underground labyrinth under Brno accessible to public.

By autumn of 2010, approx. 700 m long path beneath old town hall and vegetable market will be opened to its first regular visitors.

The ancient basements will offer several tourist attractions and facilities, such as theatre, exposition about the history of Brno and an alchemist workshop.
