Popular “Czech International Air Fest”  show which has been attracting more than 100,000 spectators each September will move from Brno to (probably) Hradec Králové this year. One of the reasons is the visit of Pope Benedict XVI, who will most likely preach a sermon at the Brno-Tuřany airport on September 27.

Two other reasons are the smaller interest of local politicians in investing public money in the air show and the intensive civil air traffic at the Brno-Tuřany airport.
