I saw a lady “walking” small monkey right at Česká street last afternoon. Can you believe this?

The monkey wore a diaper and pyjamas

I have always thought it was illegal to own a monkey. It seems it is not. So… I want one too! ,)

The Czech Daily Word April 13, 2009 at 4:29 PM: I see this monkey quite often since I live right above this very tram stop. However, the person I see holding the monkey is a homeless-looking guy. I think it is LEGAL to own a monkey if you register it and if it is not a CITES-registeres species, which I think Capuchin monkeys are not.
