Anthropos Pavilion of the Moravian Musem will launch an exhibition called “Prehistoric Art in Central Europe” on April 8. This is an unique opportunity to see original artifacts that are almost never shown to public.
The most valuable exhibited pieces of art are:
- Venus of Dolní Věstonice
- Venus of Willendorf

- Various “Venuses” and figures of animals from Czech republic, Poland, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Ukraine and France.
The exhibition will be closed in June. The event is a part of the cultural programme of the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
