Exactly 90 years ago, on March 24, 1919, a very first screening took place in the current location of Art Cinema at Cihlářská street. This makes Art Cinema one of the longest-running cinemas in the Czech republic.
The celebration will start at 6 AM on Friday, March 27. DJ Liquid A will play a set of famous movie melodies; old newsreels and animated movies for adults will be screened and fans of art movies and the cinema are invited to have fun – for free.
