Two seven-floor administrative buildings, a hotel and a public park – that is gonna be the “Titanium Complex”, rising at Nové Sady st. in the so-called southern centre (to-be-urbanised area close to the historical centre of Brno).

- 43 000 square meters of offices
- 5 000 square meters of stores
- 400+ parking places in underground car park
- under construction, finalization 11/2009
